Preparing your order

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Estimated delivery

For supported United States destinations, estimated transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier operations, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances may cause delays.

What shipping costs

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Any taxes or import charges collected at checkout will appear in the order total. If a destination authority charges additional import fees on delivery, those are handled according to local requirements.

Following your parcel

When tracking is available, it is normally shared after dispatch by email or through the order-tracking method provided for your purchase. Tracking scans may take time to appear after a carrier receives a parcel.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel appears lost, or a delivered parcel cannot be located after reasonable checks, contact service@phuppw.com with your order number.
